Post it note gift.

Need a quick gift for someone special? The first time I made these for my son's teacher for teacher appreciation week. They are cute and simple. You need one 4x6 piece of decorated paper or just use a photo! You need a 4x12 strip of paper and some adhesive. I made the two on the side and a friend made the one in the middle and she added a photo! How gorgeous is that?
First take you 4x12 and fold it in half. Then take one of those halves and for it in half again. Here is how it looks with the post it note on the bottom. Glue that post it note.
Take your4x6 printed paper or photo and glue it on the bottom of the flat only.
The top will be lose so that you can see the decoration as shown on the first picture. Then you can close it and mail it flat.

Simple journaling layout.

I am at a scrapbooking retreat so I am getting a lot of work done. I am also able to blog my wonderful pages again. My phone doesn't like my computer so if I take a picture from my phone I wasn't able to upload to my blog. Well I discovered the blogger app and I can now post from my phone! So expect more from me!
Here is a great simple layout! I used the creative memories kit enchanted. Those of you who scrapped with creative memories and now heritage makers know that they sell journaling cards. There are way too many cards for how I scrapbook. So now I am trying to use those cards. Like the "Tetris" layout yesterday. You can make with scraps or use some journaling cards! If you don't journal like I do. Just add some pictures to your layout. I just love writing my children's stories.

Tetris Layout!

When I was making this. And cutting all those little pieces. I just felt like I was playing Tetris. This is a really easy layout for using your scraps! I actually used journaling cards. Creative Memories (now Heritage Makers) papers come with journaling cards. Way too many cards in my opinion. I won't ever use them all! So I took five cards of different colors and cut them up. Three pictures at 4x5 each on each page. They don't line up perfectly but you can't easily tell. I just love this layout!

Everyday Moments

Here are two cute layouts. Very simple pages but super cute!
